When should I expect to receive my package?
Please allow 3-5 business days processing time. Due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, shipping has been experiencing delays. However, it is my goal for you to receive your order within 7-10 days of purchase (hopefully sooner!).
What's Your Return Policy?
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and we understand that life circumstances and situations change. Should a refund be needed, you can contact patti@yourpartybox.com to initiate a refund within 14 days of purchase date for standard, unopened and unused items. Please note, party boxes, decorations kits and plate sets MUST be returned as a FULL set, or a refund will not be issued. Custom party boxes are FINAL sale.
